For example, we may need to disclose your personal information to a barrister briefed to provide advice or represent you, or to other experts or service providers engaged in your matter.

We keep information in hard copy on our files, as well as on our computer system. Files may be stored or up to 10 years to meet legal compliance requirements, however we do not guarantee that files or other personal information will always be available for that long. Sometimes we may transfer your files or documents to another law firm. This will normally only be done at your request or with your consent.

Our privacy policy may need to be updated from time to time to reflect the way that we work or changes in legal requirements. We reserve the right to change our policy from time to time by publishing the revised policy on our website.

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. We reserve the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information depending on the scope of your request.
